1. Purpose
This policy defines how the LaoWorld HRMS application may be used in its first release. The app is designed only for LaoWorld employees and supports leave management and basic employee information.
2. Scope
- Applies to all LaoWorld employees, managers, and HR staff.
- Applies only to the HRMS mobile/web application provided by LaoWorld.
- Covers first-release features only.
3. Allowed Users
- Only active LaoWorld employees with a valid employee ID.
- Access is personal and non-transferable.
- Sharing accounts, credentials, or devices is not allowed.
4. Features in First Release
The first release is limited to the following functions:
- View personal employee information (read-only)
- Submit leave requests
- View leave status and history
- Manager / HR approval or rejection of leave
Any feature outside this list is not supported and must not be expected.
5. Data Usage & Privacy
- The app stores minimum necessary employee data only.

Data includes:
- Employee name, ID, department, position
- Leave balances and leave requests
- Data is used only for internal HR operations.
- Employee data will not be shared with third parties.
6. Data Accuracy Responsibility
- Employees are responsible for reviewing their own information.
- Errors must be reported to HR.
- Employees must not attempt to manipulate or falsify data.
7. Access Control & Security
- Login is required for all users.

Access rights are based on role:
- Employee: own data only
- Manager: team leave approvals
- HR / Admin: employee records and approvals
- Unauthorized access attempts may lead to disciplinary action.
8. Offline & System Limitations
- The app may have limited or no offline support in the first release.
- System downtime, sync delays, or bugs may occur.
- Official HR decisions are based on approved records in the system, not screenshots or local data.
9. Acceptable Use

- Use the app only for work-related HR purposes
- Follow company policies and Lao PDR labor regulations
- Report bugs or misuse to HR or IT
✗ Employees Must Not
- Use the app for non-work purposes
- Attempt to bypass security controls
- Extract, copy, or distribute employee data
10. Violations
Violation of this policy may result in:
- Temporary or permanent access removal
- Disciplinary action under company rules
- Legal action if required
11. Changes & Future Releases
- This policy applies only to the first release.
- Features and rules may change in future versions.
- Employees will be informed when updates occur.
12. Acceptance
By using the LaoWorld HRMS application, users acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy.
